Hi! I’m Wendy De Munari and welcome to Clarity Hub Consulting

I didn’t take a straight line to get here — and I wouldn’t change that.

I’ve lived and worked overseas, built businesses from scratch, performed on stage, trained in classrooms and boardrooms and worked across government, education, community organisations and private enterprise. It's also what drives the work I do today — creating VET and workplace training resources that are grounded in real experience, not just theory

At heart, I’m a communicator, an educator and a curious human who loves helping people make sense of ideas and express them clearly. My career has taken me across many sectors — from Queensland government roles and schools to adult education, community programmes and small-to medium-sized businesses — and across continents.

For 11 years, I lived and worked in the south of France, where I ran my own business as a trainer and communications consultant. During that time, I worked with professionals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, taught business and communication skills, guided tour groups through Provence and immersed myself in a culture that values connection, conversation, and creativity. Living and working abroad taught me adaptability, perspective and the importance of truly understanding your audience – lessons I still draw on every day.

Alongside my consulting and training work, I’ve always had a strong creative side. I perform in a musical duo, speak publicly, host and stage events and love bringing people together – whether that’s in a room, on a stage or through a learning experience. These creative pursuits aren’t separate from my professional work; they inform it. They’ve sharpened my presence, storytelling, confidence and ability to engage people in meaningful, human ways.

Back in Australia, my work continues to span government, education, community organisations and private enterprise. I’ve worked with people at every stage of their journey — from learners building foundational skills to professionals and business owners refining how they communicate, lead and show up in their work.

What ties all of this together is a deep belief that communication is a life skill — not just a business skill. Whether I’m coaching, consulting, designing learning experiences or helping organisations bring clarity to their systems and messaging, my approach is always grounded, practical and human.
